  4. A) from a diskette
  5. To start the installation, place the diskette in drive A: (or B:), start
  6. Windows, select File/Run menu function in Windows Program Manager, and
  7. type:
  8. A:INSTALL (or B:INSTALL)
  9. Follow the instructions of the installation program.

  11. B) from a ZIP file
  12. Create a separate directory e.g. MD C:\temp and copy the ZIP file to it
  13. e.g. (replace MY_PROG with the actual file name e.g. am_pb23):
  14. C:> COPY A:\MY_PROG.ZIP C:\temp\MY_PROG.ZIP
  15. C:> CD C:\temp
  16. Run PKUNZIP to unzip the file:
  17. C:> pkunzip MY_PROG.zip
  18. Start Windows and select File/Run menu function in Windows Program
  19. Manager, and type:
  20. C:\temp\install
  21. Follow the instructions of the installation program.
